Anchovie spends every waking moment lusting after Germaine, focusing only on her breasts.Begley noticeably enjoys sexuality more than the other squirrels.The subject of one of Foamy's rants as well much of the fanmail is about wanting to see Germaine naked. All Men Are Perverts: Brought up frequently, because according to Foamy, Germaine is supposed to represent the every woman who is constantly harassed by the every guy, who sees her as a sex object and not a person.The "Reboot Button" episode implies that it may very well be true. A God Am I: This was Foamy's gimmick before mellowing out a bit.The author has also pointed out that even though Germaine is a cartoon character, people on the internet still looked at her for their own sexual fantasies, proving his point on how women of any kind are treated. The whole point behind the increasing sexual scenes is to show how most men look at and treat women like sexual objects while society pressures women into becoming an ideal beauty for men to appreciate (slim body and large breasts and butt). Eventually, Germaine snaps and is sent to an asylum to recover. Examples include random jizz shots on her for no reason, a stalker who keeps objectifying her, objectifying herself, etc. An Aesop: The creator drops some not so subtle scenes over how Germaine is sexually treated by people in general.The whole issue is resolved one episode later, when she gets a magic ring that allows her to grow her breasts to whatever size she wants at will. Then Foamy pointed out that without her huge breasts, Germaine would likely no longer get massive tips at Starshmucks, and she had a massive "oh fuck" moment as she made more off tips than her actual salary. When she realized that she wasn't getting free stuff anymore she seemed a bit down, but was still okay with her decision. At first she was pleased that her back was feeling better and she wasn't being harassed as much. Germaine for a long time was quite busty, but recently had breast reduction surgery. The author eventually stated he wanted to get away from the "mature" Germaine storyline (likely stemming from viewers who constantly missed the point about Germaine's character). Rather than continue the story of Germaine adjusting to life in Connecticut, the entire thing since the very first episode was shown to be Germaine's delusions going out of control. The reboot itself was thrown out as well.The episodes revolving around Mutie was also cut short when she got killed by a tentacle monster, most likely due to the character adding very little to the storyline and people only watching the episodes just to drool over her.It was implied, however, that Germaine still did sexual favors to strangers and the Reboot episode had Foamy state that Germaine's life in the future was going to be worse than it was in the past 10 years. The storyline involving Germaine bettering her life and getting a scholarship so she could go to college never fully developed thanks to the series getting a reboot.
